Who is responsible for your data

What the waitlist form collects

Your email address, the trade you chose, your name if you gave it, the page you joined from, and whether you ticked the consent box, with the wording and version you agreed to and the time. Nothing else. We do not store your IP address with your details.

Why, and on what basis

To email you when there is something to try for your trade, and to ask a few questions about how you run jobs. We rely on your consent, which is the box you tick. You can withdraw it at any time. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not sell or share them.

Who handles it

Your details are stored with Cloudflare, our website host, and read only by the people at TurboKast Ltd who run EasyUse Software. To limit repeat submissions, a one-way scrambled form of your IP address is kept for up to one hour and then discarded.

How long we keep it

For up to 400 days after you join, then it is deleted automatically. We delete it sooner if you ask, or once the CRM for your trade has launched and we have emailed you about it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing liam@turbokast.com. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
